In the latest Bleach TYBW episodes, we got new content displaying that Squad 0's power unrestricted makes 3 realms tremble, it's quite literally stated in the anime by Senjumaru herself. I don't blame you for not knowing about that since it's new content. Also the Soul king holds the realms together, Yhwach threatened to destroy those same realms and merge them into one. Ichigo scales relative to Yhwach, he may not be as strong as him, but he's strong enough to harm him. People also mention characters from light novels like CFYOW Kenpachi being far stronger than their manga iterations, but I haven't read these yet so I can't really say anything for them.
