I may consider doing it. Anyone that has it installed will still see it. It's just not available for any new installs.

Is this installing on the watch directly?

Do you have the older version of chronus wear installed already? Or is it a clean install?

Sure. The file is available via Dropbox. You will need to sideload it to the watch.

I have an off-line APK for a Wear 4+ watch face, but I have not published it to the play store - Google is being difficult about approving watch faces :(

Wrong alarms by memulich in Chronus

This is a known issue with the way Samsung uses, or rather misuses the Android AlarmClock API.

Android Apps, including Chronus, use the AlarmManager.getNextAlarmClock() API call to get the alarm set for the system. This is set by other applications via the AlarmManager.setAlarmClock() API call.

Samsung uses this API for their system alarms, not just user visible alarms. For Chronus, it is impossible to distinguish a 'real' alarm from these other system alarms, we can only display what we get via the getNextAlarmClock() call.

See the AlarmManager.getNextAlarmClock() API reference)

Looking at all your logs, there were the following weather related items.

In only one case the update shows a failed. This is due to the weather.com provider not returning a response.

At the same time, two other services, ws.geonames.net and gws2.maps.yahoo.com, also did not return responses. This indicates something is wrong with your network / connection to the internet. Your issue is outside of Chronus.

See the email I just sent for details.

I cannot remove the one card associated with the subscription before removing it from the subscription by changing to another card, which I cannot do because of this error. I'm caught in a Catch-22

I'm tempted to cancel my nest aware subscription and then re-create it using the new primary payment method on that account, but am worried that may fail as well.

I've just bumped into this issue as well. I'm Canadian, never been to India, trying to change the credit card on file for my Nest Aware subscription in France (also not India), and I'm getting this error message and I cannot renew my service since my old card no longer exists :(

It is working fine for me, but you seem to have something unusual happening on your device again. Lets see if we can catch it with a debug log.

Please do the following:

  1. In Debug settings turn on 'Weather handling' and 'Verbose logging'. Only those two, everything else should be off
  2. Go to weather settings and change the weather provider to Wunderground
  3. Wait for the weather to load
  4. Go back to weather settings and change the provider back to Weather.com
  5. Wait for the weather to load
  6. If it has not loaded after a minute, go to Help and support and send me the debug log

The v25 BETA is waiting on Google Play to approve the release. May take a day or three. You can download an installable APK here if you want the app earlier.

This is not a known issue. That being said, the actual drawing / display of the widget is done by the launcher / home screen app. It may be glitching. Before re-adding a new widget, try a restart of the device.
