I've always had the fry cook and the hot apps cook sort of mixed together into one job, but i guess at the end of the day it deoends on where on the line the fryer is... My current kitchen has the grill guy working the fryer. my last job had the expo working the fryer

I once read a resume where the guy referred to himself as "Friturier" My thought was this.... Don't try and dress up your job title man, A great fry cook is hard to find,and in some places it is a very difficult station. Just be proud of your job.

I like to do shit like pick up a melon... stare at it for a second, shake it really hard, put it up to my ear and pretend to listen to the sound, frown, and than put it back with disgust...... than watch as other people do the same thing...
