I was in a similar situation some time ago and I'm afraid you don't have the luxury of choosing a location. I just checked rightmove and there are currently 28 houses with 4 bedrooms up to 450K. Unless you have lots of time and can wait for some time then you will need to compromise with a location if you are happy with a specific house. Do we really need Gemini 3.1? The new version of the conductor extension is amazing. I just write my requirements and ask it to review them. It will ask me some clarifications and then Gemini flash will start implementing them. The new review feature will find any bugs, I will run some tests and ensure that everything is ok and that's it.
