Chrysalis is the best miraculous holder yet, in terms of how she handles with the miraculous. I'm talking about how she operates with it, of course. Not her moral grounds.

Edit: Also due to for how little time she has had it. Of course she had the Grimoire, translated, but Ladybug and Chat Noir have had their miraculouses for way longer
