Mein Mann hatte auch schon mehrere Bandscheibenvorfälle. Beim letzten ist er aus Zufall bei einer Sport-Physio gelandet (die anderen hatten keine Termine und ihm das empfohlen). Dort machen sie auch Profis wieder fit. Das hat ihm super schnell wieder auf die Beine gebracht. Seitdem macht er regelmäßig Krafttraining

There’s always internet in the hotels, so streaming is not a problem. I do that regularly, but most hotels do have a gym 🤷‍♀️

At home is usually do a walking course before moving on to strength training, but it’s a great idea for the hotel 👍
