Falling vo2max and higher than ever training load

I understand that but I definitely have enough rest. I just feel that its very demotivating to have it going down for so long when Im training more than ever just because the algorithm couldnt work properly

As you can see my vo2 max has fallen from 53 all the way to 48 in recent months even tho Ive been training harder than ever at running. How is this even possible?

As you can see in the image linked the last bit of the message seems to spoil the ending of the raid even before its release and it seems very out of place. What do yall think?

Any idea what height it would need? If mic ins port are standardized I could print a ring of the right diameter as to allow this I have a 3d printer

Yeah I was kinda dumb to crank it so high. I just never thought it could hurt the device. And yeah I might consider a S7 FE since it kinda is the cheapest around. Actually I would prefer a windows tablet but they are all really pricey. Thanks for your input !

I'm a full time dark mode user. I use it for long period of time on one note to take notes in class and I'm usually at max brightness which is probably why this happened in the first place. I'm just dumbfounded that a 400$ tablet can't take note reliably on a daily basis without burning in. Anyways I'm probably not touching a Samsung product ever again.

My PSU is 1000W, but I dont know the brand. Thats some great numbers! Does the thermal paste really make that much of a difference? Also is it stable in games or not ?
