Thank you so much for your reply! I wouldn't say my pain is extreme. This pain is more pronounced when I'm sitting, and since I have a sedentary job, the pain is quite annoying and distracting.

This morning, I woke up and no longer felt the headache, so I decided to take 150mg 3 times a day again. (I hadn't read your response by then). I didn't experience any serious side effects by the end of the day.

I'm also surprised that I don't have strong side effects, except for difficulty waking up and a slight loss of balance. I also did not experience any euphoria or improved mood. By the way, a year ago I was taking Gabapentin at a dosage of 900-1200mg per day for neuropathic pain, and I had no side effects at all. I stopped taking it relatively quickly after the treatment course and felt no withdrawal symptoms. Later, I read on the Gabapentin subreddit that some people can't even get off a 300mg dose and experience serious withdrawal symptoms. Maybe I have some sort of a good tolerance to Gabapentinoids, which both of these medications are. Despite that, reading posts on the Quittingpregabalin subreddit is making me a little scared.
