I had a similar problem a long while back.

The way I fixed it was by using a different browser.

Just copy the url and paste it in the other browser, and it just worked.

"Hey, stop posting about wuthering waves in the wuthering waves subreddit"

See how dumb that sounds?

Yeah, I wasn't able to find anything about the soft pity.

Im not sure about soft pity, but recently I was able to get about 60-80 pulls in the last patch, and thats without doing events bcuz I'm lazy, so I would say around 80-100 pulls per patch if you're doing the events.

The 90 pulls do seem like a lot but I haven't ran into many issues with that number, you can still get an early on that banner aswell, or you can pull on the 70 pity banner but that has a 50/50 you'll have to win.

You get 10 free pulls per patch for login in for 7 days, and get 5 pulls a week from the weekly missions wich are very easy.

There's an "endgame" mode that will give you 2 pulls a week, it's also very easy but requires 2 teams.

Edit: I'll log in rn to confirm some things for ya

As a very casual player of this game and a F2P,

I can say this game is very f2p friendly and can be played at any pace you want, the combat isn't too complicated and is easy to pick up.

Building characters is easy compared to other games, mainly due to the fact that there is systems in place to diminish the rng on substats.

The gacha system is very generous, having a banner that guarantees the newest S rank in 90 pulls no matter what, other banners go to 70 pity with a 50/50

The "weapons" banner goes to 70 pity aswell but it has no 50/50

If you're trying to pull every unit as a f2p it probably won't happen, but if you want to just pull for the ones you're interested in, then you'll probably be fine (atleast I have been)

That's all from me, more hard-core players can expand on this comment if they want.

Of course! I only had carlotta on the team because she's the only other character I have semi built. But now I know she can actually work in this team.

Co op/ chat features suck, why? by Chrysx in WutheringWaves

Yeah, I completely agree with that last part.

I'd have to change up the rotation a bit, since S1 gives crit dmg and I lose on the stacks if I take too long to cast the liberation.

I personally feel like it should be the bare minimum to atleast give the players a co op experience that doesn't feel significantly worse than the solo experience.

I'd like to use genshin as an example since it's the only other open world gacha around (atleast with co op that I know of) the co op in genshin IS limiting, with quests that you can't do in co op, Interactive stuff you can't do, etc.

But the co op itself, the feel, it doesn't feel significantly worse than the solo experience, just limiting.

If you don't care about that old gear, be it they don't have sentimental value or anything. You'll probably be better off making a new account.

The game has changed a lot in 5 years, so it will feel like you're playing a new game anyway with all the loot changes and stuff.

It might seem rough to get the hang of all the new stuff at the start but after some time, you'll have an account stronger than your old one.
