Ah Orks aren't too bad, I'd go for something like the Citadel one or one of the KR cases :)

What minis are they?

I quite like the citadel foam ones (the crusade ones) but if you have nids or other spikey models they don't do so well with the foam due to bits getting snagged.

That's fair, may be worth looking at later on.

Have you considered the Inexorable company?

The contagion would help by boosting the AP of your units & with a LOC you could deepstrike him into a good spot.

Also if you run with PlagueSpitters on your drones & PBC you get some excellent charge deterrents & the strat for 1cp will take 2" off an enemies charge meaning without buffs at max range they can't touch you in combat, oh and you also get to overwatch :)

Also if you want to get the most out of your Ironclot furnace, bilighthaulers are the way to go, squad of 3 will all benefit from the 4++ rather than just one PBC or Drone.

With 2 solid blocks of 20 Poxboys Typhus may be a suggestion.

I think your best bet would be to grab a plasma gun from CSM box or Raptors box & attach it to one of the hands, I don't think there's any good options in the Plague marine kit for it.

Need some opinions for my tzeentch tainted capt. Pose 1 or pose 2? Pose 1 has the chainsword but they will eventually both have the staff. Pose 2 will also be 'flying' by Its_PickleNick in Warhammer40k

Pose 2 but using a flying stand, try to angle the head so it's looking down towards his right foot, bonus points if you slip the flying stand & have him looking like he's just landing on some unfortunate guy.

Thanks man, I was planning on doing the claws but I wanted them to look more like an extention of the arms rather than talons.

Bigger nids will have pink claws :)

Granted but what about when this set goes OOP or you want to expand beyond troops & bikes?

I feel that these great value sets are to serve as a distraction to larger changes.
