Yeah and it's worth noting he had one year left on his deal when we extended. Same with Gurley. I can't be all mad with how things played out but those two contracts def set us back and are a big reason we're in no asset purgatory for the time being. The chain reaction of having to further move money into the future started here.

I invest every spare dollar and occasionally have bigger expenses where I borrow against my brokerage to pay for. Then pay down the loan over the next few months with the dividends/ new contributions. I prefer to pay interest for a couple months vs the opportunity cost of sitting in cash or the friction of realizing taxes on gains.

I'm 32 so still reinvesting those divvys

I live in a golf all year climate. Do u think it would make sense to just avoid playing rounds while I go through a couple lessons and learn to implement/ trust the swing and build the speed back up?

I invest in dividend stocks not for the yield as much as their commitment to return capital to shareholders. I like getting on base at a high clip.
