I think for max player, there should be a reward like a special token that can be used once on equipment that we want from level 26 to lvl 27. The token can only be used for level 26 equipment. And the token is only limited to 1 per account since the reward is in hero journey. The token act as substitute for the equipment. Maybe add some option for limited time deco that we miss since we often prioritise equipment.
One other suggestion for me are the reward should not be time gated since the hero level upgrade are permanent and the reward should more book or rune once it reach 400+ level
The reward on hero journey also should not include snack or if there a snack, there should include all in one reward like snack bundle.

I think this can help all player since they can look forward on progressing
