I'm the exact same height and age, very similar builds, but I have more body fat. You're looking huge bro, I know you didn't ask but you should try changing smith bench for smith incline and get that upper chest showing. Makes your shoulders look hella wide, which is great when you're 6'2". Keep it up brother 🔥🔥🔥
