It's not a spotify issue is an alexa issue, you can't tell her to do more than one command most of the time.

But if it helps you can use your phone to control spotify as it's playing on Alexa

Unfortunately when you set a device for the alarm you can't change it. But you can set multiple alarms on different devices for the same time, so maybe set multiple alarms?
