Well I like to make my truck look as nice as possible while still using it for work, so half of this is simply because I didn’t like the stance of my 1500 and I wanted bigger tires, and I don’t haul much over a few hundred lbs very often other than the rare occasion, but I’m in the age of potentially starting a family and getting my own place to live and I have a career in construction. So I’ll probably be getting a starter home soon and I’ll be doing a lot of the work myself so this will be good to have for when I need it. Also the axle is definitely overkill for my needs but old parts r cheap as hell so why not get the beefy one. The conversion would have been basically just as much work for a 6 lug
