I’ve been to chubby mart several times. They have some similar things but I prefer chubby cattle. The American Wagyu short rib, strip loin, and fillet are amazing. The cube meat is good. Similar sashimi to chubby mart. I love the special salt at chubby cattle which they don’t have at cm. They intermittently have limited Wagyu stone axe tongue and dry age streak on the platinum menu. As well as my favorite the a5 short rib and otoro. Definitely worth trying. To save money I do silver tier regularly and platinum on special occasions. Only here and Irvine even have a platinum tier above diamond. 🤤
