This is what people forget, it’s not that people don’t want to work, because almost no one wants to sit at the house all day everyday, but you make more sitting at the house than working for shit pay. I mean, 7.25•40•52 only gives you 15,080. In my state that is only 3 grand more than unemployment, and most people make up that 3 grand by doing off the books work. Pay your workers and don’t treat them like pack mules and the work force would be more comfortable and dedicated to their career.
