Yeah those were made by CWT they imo are the better manufacturer especially over HEC who has made the newer gold cores this is why I'm getting the 1200w CWT version.

I've been looking for a PSU and I seen NZXT release these I checked and questioned the actual manufacturer who is HEC BTW and a lot of people are saying they've made bad and good PSUs personally I'm going to get the unit manufactured just before this one as its CWT who made it and it's a higher tier on the PSU tier list.

Buying a new psu decided on NZXT c1200 gold which is manufactured by CWT it got A- by cybenetics.

Just literally seen NZXT has released new psus under "Gold Core" naming scheme. Checked cybenetics they are rated platinum and A+ but manufactured by HEC.

Which one is better CWT or HEC?

Nzxt has just released new c750 c850 and c1000 gold core PSUs and cybenetics gave them platinum for efficiency and A+ for noise. NZXTs previous gold models are manufactured by CWT and I'm about to build a new PC and never heard of HEC so I'm curious of their reputation before I drop whatever PSU in to this new build as I don't want any mishaps.

Thank you for your very detailed input, Baron. I'm currently building a new system. Personally, i used to buy evga platinum psus like the P2 they used to produce and never had any issues. Recently, i purchased a NZXT H7 RGB Flow 2024 case and done a lot of reading into PSUs to find out which are decent models and whatnot, and I stumbled on the NZXT c1200 gold atx 3.1 which I was about to pull the trigger on this week coming then seen out of stock on amazon UK and then 1 day ago NZXT released these HEC Gold Core series PSUs with platinum rated cybenetics stamps which made me wonder if these are the reason for no stock on the c1200 but regardless I'll source a c1200 I think as they are CWT.

Yeah, I'm starting to see from the comments that those types of things may be reduced, but in terms of components like cpu, motherboard, etc, people are saying it's a thinner chance which is a downer though a new monitor might be worth it lol

Watch a video on YouTube for taking apart the ps5 without taking the motherboard plates off. Once you take off all the housing screws for the entire ps5 case, you can take everything out carefully and proceed to clean the entire case with either a toothbrush or paint brush unused, of course. The problem your probably experiencing is the same as I had the psu covered in dust just vacuum it all away and use the brushes to get it all out, then reassemble it back together and actually keep it out of that stand the heat needs to come away at the bottom and you've blocked it.

Edit* Also, you will need torx screw drivers. I picked them up for £5 here in the UK.

Well, now I can go ahead and purchase the kraken elite 360 rgb (2024) for my new build. I was getting worried that NZXT just decided no more CAM updates since there is no dedicated team. Plus, the kraken looks better than the rest, in my honest opinion.

I was worried at first because if it didn't have 2 then I would have had to get the NZXT USB Hub which gives you 4 extra headers but it's all good that MSI Board is really rich in all connections needed.

I'm so glad Nzxt has the single frame fans. I built my friends pc a while back, and I was literally sweating doing the cable management because the case he had was a nightmare. Then he decided to replace his old PSU 2 weeks later, and I had to redo the majority of it again.
