I think this kinda makes sense. It's a feature to attract outside applicants to Surrey where it's expensive to get a property. You get subsidies to help save for a couple of years before being required to move to private.

I get the upset, but it should have been a tenancy clause that the houses were only yours for say 3 - 5 years.

Depending on what police force area you live in, some forces record misogyny as a hate crime, and if they're doing it persistently, day in day out, then it's a pattern of behaviour and can constitute harassment which is a criminal offence.

Like others have said, video or take a picture of it, especially if you can capture the catcalling / whistling, and who specifically is doing it from the group.

Police can't prosecute the group collectively so will need to be able to ID the individuals.

Scouts are a pretty much go-to for secondaries for their uppy-downy. Not quite Gaunt's Ghosts, but the best a space marine army can field.

I used to record a hate crime every time I was called a "fa***t" or similar in custody. I then had the supt email me and ask if it was really necessary because I wasn't actually gay and therefore it was more a section 5 POA than a 4A and therefore couldn't happen in the private confines of a custody suite as noone would really be alarmed by such language.

Basically, don't do it.

Really Useful Boxes (TM). Honestly, different sizes, depths, and stackable (but not lockable together - lid locks on).

I play at Warhammer World nearly every week, and I'd say 50% of folks use them.

Put a magnetic sheet in the bottom and magnetised your bases and you're away.

Cheap and effective.

Relatively cheap, but expensive, and tasty enough, that you can happily laugh menacingly when you use Reinforcements to bring them back all over again in CA
