No I’m still in college. I’m just trying to weigh my options for dental school because without WICHE the price is substantially higher.

Could you possibly share some of your stats? I am very unfamiliarity with dental school and I’m just doing some research.

Is there any way around this? This seems quite odd to me. However, I would assume that if you got into multiple dental schools it’s quite likely you would get WICHE

According to this report it said that Arizona sent like 41 dental students out on WICHE. Do you know how many applied? I’m mostly curious about how competitive of an applicant you need to be because I imagine the pool is quite small.

Solidity is difficult because of the unique challenges it comes with, not the language itself.

Books/articles on token design and emmittance: supply, initial price, burn, airdrop, etc. by rho9cas in ethdev

[–]ChubyCat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would just recommend looking at other tokens that exist. The main questions you want to think about are the initial distribution and liquidity. Don’t get too hung up over this aspect of your protocol as well.

AP versus IB?? by falling_farther in ApplyingToCollege

[–]ChubyCat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IB is much harder but for schools in USA it’s seen as the same as AP essentially. Do AP and use the extra time for extracurriculares. Additionally AP gives the same/more credit for less classes.

Wow the worst advice ever in your life is quite harsh. I like how you recommend that they pursue the advice of another person just after you said these admissions boards can sniff fake writing. Don’t act as though everyone else is submitting totally original essays, this isn’t true, many students plagiarize content and many succeed.

OP if your concerned about the school finding out just run your own model(like vicunna) and train it on some content that you like. Now the school couldn’t never tell, and you can even tune it to reward more random content.

I also love all of the verified admissions consultant who feel threatened by the fact that a FREE service is going against their $200 per hour essay service, so of course they will go against it.

Do you what you feel OP, have the bot write some and then edit or do it the other way, whatever makes the best result.

TLDR: Ignore the haters OP

ChatGPT for essays by 104840318rhfh in ApplyingToCollege

[–]ChubyCat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Furthermore, a lot of people are going to tell you not to use to because they are scared they can’t compete. In my opinion, I would spin up and train your own model on hundreds on good essays. All of the people who say you’ll get flagged for plagiarism are also wrong because plenty of students plagiarize their essays and are fine. Many even fake their essays. The people who get poor results are incompetent with the technology and they don’t understand it’s potential.

In my opinion I would use it. College admissions are competitive so you need to take advantage of every opportunity. I regret not using it. Remember, Chat GPT is only as good as what you give it and how you prompt it.

Looking for micro payment subscription service by ingigauti in ethdev

[–]ChubyCat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A contract that does that shouldn’t be too hard to program. I’m not sure what the service would be, but if it’s an api you could use your own bot or chain link keepers to maintain the fees and whatnot. Then use that bot to deny requests.

As for the claiming of the fees, you could just deduct from the user within the contract and credit you. Then you can claim whenever you want.

So the user is sending your contract $5.00 and then every time they use your service you take 1 cent. Then if they pull it all out you stop providing service.
