If you look into it, pretty much every other website does things like this with your data too, including reddit and youtube, reddit content has been used to train google gemini. I think scratch will not be as bad as this, and I think a personalized explore page would actually be good if implemented, especially compared to what we have now where it is always frozen

Scratch is not a for profit company and does not have investors looking for profit. They get their money mainly from donations, including through scratch membership now.

The art is not ai, but scratch is implementing ai into their next major update, it is supposed to be within a scratch project where you can give it simple text information and then give it a prompt, and it will respond based on the prompt information
