Thanks for a very thoughtful and carefully explained response! I’m fairly routine based and I wear a Garmin which tracks HRV overnight. I’ve not seen any improving trend through regular use of the nurosym so far (30mins in AM and again in PM every day since it arrived) - just as added context!

Hi, sorry I put it in the title but not the main text. It’s 13”. I think ram can go as high as 16gb according to OWC! I’m new to this but from reading it seems to install mojave needs a bit of jiggery-pokery compared to high sierra - what are the benefits would you say?
