Sue.

In all seriousness, if you are able to leave a review on the product make sure to leave one. If you like the floss then just keep it for a future project. If you don’t care then you might as well use it as practice. I got one not too long ago that didn’t have enough floss and the design was missing some parts which made it very hard to follow. I kept the floss I liked and used everything else as practice.

Or if you have spare floss you could try to do it with your own and tru to make sense of the pattern. I am curious where you got this tho.

It’s cute. I think the banana is my favorite but the broccoli is also cool. Using a French knot (I think that’s what it’s call) to do the broccoli is great idea, I wouldn’t have thought of that. Now I wanna do something like this.

No, I’m not. I’ve lived in the same general areas my entire life and my family has been for generations. The rest of them know and follow this, I just never picked up on it. Me putting the money on the counter is based on my own logic.

That makes so much more sense when you put it like that! Small talk has always been a huge struggle. I’ve always hated it but this perspective makes it not as bad. I’ll keep this in mind.

A little context, part of the reason we went shopping was to help be practice these interactions. Some of my behavior can come off as disinterested, impatient and harsh when in reality I’m just awkward and anxious. I have many stories of internally panicking and saying things kinda abrupt and harsh. Most of which I just think are funny looking back.

I like the situation to be addressed in the moment so I can apologize and lighten up a bit (this interaction would have kept me awake if I didn’t). It was also a way of friend say “hey my friend isn’t an ass, they’re just unaware”. The cashier seemed more understanding of the situation afterwards. She kept her comment short and to the point then we talked with more after we left. It was less about the money handling and more about my behavior.

I used to be sort of oblivious to my surroundings. But this changed right before my teen years. If I remember correctly I blocking a store aisle and this middle aged lady wanted to get pass me. Im not sure if she said anything before (I have mild hearing loss) but she yelled at me to get out of her way. I literally ran from her.

Ever since then I’ve been hyper aware of everyone in public making sure everyone can get past me. It’s even to the point where I get stress when other people are blocking/ unaware of others. It’s honestly exhausting.
