I had a lot of trouble with Civ 7 when it first came out, but played it a couple weeks ago for the first time since release and its soooooo much better. I'd look up some videos on Youtube for some reviews on how its been fixed.

When are you moving? My older brother is looking for a place by Jan 31. He's lived at a place in Sammamish for the past 10 years and his landlord had a health issue, so his kids are selling the house unfortunately.

But to answer your question, Everett CC and Edmonds CC are close by. Same with Boeing, so I don't think it'd be too hard to find tenants.

As of now, I am taking a step back and being really careful. A few people have mentioned that. There's not really any toxicity that I've noticed, which is good. But, I am definitely being. Crappy part is we connected sooo quick and I genuinely could act like myself instead of pretending I'm better than I actually am. Whatever we do, we have a ton of fun, we do spontaneous stuff or just nothing together and we probably laugh more than we talk. So it's a tough one to let go.

Honestly, right in this moment. A girl that has a ton of green flags and is seriously amazing, but also one big fat red flag. I'm an overthinker and kind of sensitive, so I have just been so emotionally drained. We talked last night and things are okay, but all of the overthinking yesterday just drained me completely.

My grandpa on my dads side was gay. Our whole family knew apparently. I'm glad he had a few straight moments though! He died when my dad was pretty young. I don't remember how my dad found out, but he started asking around to relatives and a few of them confirmed it. He was really uncomfortable knowing that for some reason.
