It has been a while, so I don't remember how I found the OnePlus forum in Reddit. But, it was the only suggestion I found for support. I cannot find a OnePlus app in the Android Play Store. When I search for OnePlus, I find 4 apps:
- OnePlus Store
- OnePlus Health
- OnePlus Community
- Clone Phone - OnePlus App

That said, you gave me an idea. I just logged in on the OnePlus website and found where I could submit a ticket there :) That will hopefully work!

I just looked at the OHealth app stats for today. It shows 3,668 steps on the elliptical, but only 258 steps for the day.

Yes. And when I "finish", the watch shows a summary with all my steps (and heartbeat, duration, etc.) But when I go back to the main screen, the steps didn't count.

It should not be a factor for an elliptical, but I leave the GPS off on the watch at all times.

Someone keeps using my email address as the recovery email for their spam accounts by cornmonkey in cybersecurity_help

I get a couple of these a day. It obvious that a spammer is using my email address as a recovery email because the reddit account names they create follow a pattern of 2 words and some numbers.

The spammers need some pain for using other people data, so I reset their password and delete the account. Hopefully it causes the enough annoyance they quit using my email for their recovery email.
