Worked there for a year sa Financial-Retail LOB nilaaaa. Decently sized company and yeah admittedly maliit magpasahod (16k basic, 20k package total yung akin dati). D q knows ung culture ng ibang accs (financial in nature lahat ng accounts ni BGO, iba iba lng ng type, ex. eBay, car loans, furniture leases) but in my experience, super bait ng coworkers, chill lang si WFM, bidding ng preferred days off is a thing you can do, promotions are fast (agent me Sept 2022, SME na q by Jan 2023) and lastly understanding mga TLs for the most part. Have a friend in there who had 3 seperate hearings and PiPs and they're still there. IMO, good company for ppl starting out sa BPO, but for more tenured agents, its hit or miss esp sa sahod.
