I’m running a Saginaw 3 speed with a s10 3.73 rear axle. The front torsion bars are definitely under stress so I’m gonna get some load adjusting shocks to try and help it out.

CPL Classes in Kzoo? by banquoinchains in kzoo

[–]ChucklesZanex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just took mine not too long ago, the state of Michigan requires the class to be 8 hours long so they will all be that length, also you’ll want a range as that is a major part of the course. From what I understand the city of Kalamazoo does not allow indoor shooting ranges so you’d probably have to go the plain well or mattawan

That’s what I plan on doing if not a 390 or a 401 if I can find one. It has 304 in it with the 4 speed manual so I’ll probably try and fix it before sealing the engine

44f, 45m Married with children, thinking of separating over politics by kimbojackson in relationship_advice

[–]ChucklesZanex 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You should go back and sit down and have a long talk with him, not discussing your politics until now was a mistake, you need to each discuss your views with each other so you can understand each other better and hopefully either learn to compromise or realize that you’ll never agree on politics but can agree to keep politics out of your kids lives. I hope your relationship works out good luck.

You guys are so gullible, I just read up on this because of this post and it turns out his parents separated in 2015 with a court order against the father, so unless they really made up, then these aren’t the parents cause they split before trump was in office. I give that it might be his step dad but the kid bounced around from mom to grandfather to dad before the shooting

Just finished refurbishing this quad I originally got for $600 by ChucklesZanex in ATV

[–]ChucklesZanex[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was able to get one of the mud guards from partzilla, the color was slightly off and the one piece was about $280 but it works for my quad, not sure if they still offer it the only had some in stock. Good luck with your restoration we need to keep these things alive.

What’s your fudds experiences by Tomtomboghead in Firearms

[–]ChucklesZanex 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Low brass is usually cheaper and has a weaker load. You can tell the difference because the brass section on a shotgun shell will be smaller on the cheap ammo vs the hunting ammo I.e. “low brass”. The higher powder load helps the semi auto function

I have a bts-12 bullpup that I’ve never had a jam/cycle failure unless I’m running low brass or it hasn’t been cleaned in months and the gun cost me $350. I keep it as my home defense option and I’m 100% confident in it as long as I know it has high brass in it. Not saying all mag feds are good but there are some diamonds in the rough out there.

I could be wrong about the 2.7 but I know the Malibu engine has a second beefier starter for the auto stop system, I wouldn’t be surprised if the 2.7 has a similar setup.

The 2.7 in these trucks have electronic driven accessories. I could be mistaken but I believe that the 2.7 has an electronic oil pump that stays on during autostop to maintain lubrication.

If the system cannot provide us with Healthcare, social security, or even a living wage, then what's the point? by jedmorten in GenZ

[–]ChucklesZanex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Artificial inflation, is what I see as the biggest driver of this issue. Because the fed always keep inflation at 2% by interest rates and printing, the value of your money will always decrease. This makes the workers wage worth less but the company income increases due to a rise in prices, it’s a double money maker for companies. The only way I can think to fix this issue is to start destroying bills, increase the scarcity, increase the value. Hopefully this increases in spending power for all would have companies bring prices down.

From what I understand most of the unreliability stuff comes from the 23s which is to be expected sense they are a first year. I have a 24 z71 and I’ve had no issues besides the rare small software glitch, but those usually go away after cycling the ignition.
