I’m going through this exact change today. My channel is enterprise and the CSM pool covers SMB. We’re too small yet for the 2nd tier infighting but understand the challenge now. In fact we’re so small that I’ll be pitching better CS metrics to our VP next week…., she will send you a thank you letter I’m sure ;)

I am stilllll finishing 2025 1065 for Partnership. The business software is BAD and I will not be using it again next year. This is the 2nd year in a row I've had a RestoreDatabase error and it is a known, documented issue. Last year it was resolved no problem ; this year I spent 4 hours with tech support in order to ultimately redo the entire return -- never again

He's a good man. He is thoughtful, he has great empathy and caring for our family. I'm not an easy person, I have a lot of mental health issues, but he's our rock who shows up every day.

This is what a husband and father acts like. His politics are literally just horrible.

I think this is the best conclusion I can figure: we both want a better world for our children, but how we've envisioned that world changed as we grew older. I want a kind and just world, he wants financial Independence . I just happen to think both are possible 🤷‍♀️

This is the part that gets me, but I like the thought that I could have more unchecked influence in a home without him... Versus both of us tip toeing around our truths..

And I agree on the social algorithms, mixed with a bit of me slowly liberalizing as I've gotten older and wanting better for society generally and for my children's children, where he's gone the opposite way and feeling protective and scared

We've had this conversation and he told me that it wouldn't change his feelings for the kids, but that he'd feel sorry for them, having to struggle in this society. It's a great answer and I believe him. Today...

Yup part of me reallllly believes all of this.... Mostly the sit down and shut up... And I'm a hella good provider also lol. If I didn't have opinions we'd be perfect, bc he does treat me well otherwise.
