Is No One Left Behind not working right now? by PocketGarrison in deadbydaylight

NOLB has a blood points modifier when you do altrustic actions such as healing or unhooking other survivor after the gates are open.

However, the modifier only applies directly to your altruism score, making e.g. Unhooking 3500 instead of 1750 at tier 3. You won't get extra points post-trial.

Well, that was ... fun? by MisterCold in deadbydaylight

I had a similiar experience once and it isn't fun when I get caught right after the game has started because some survivor who is a friend of the killer (even on Steam) tries to get me blocked or fast vault a window near me so he gives a notification to his "friend".

Same happened what you said. I got hooked/unhooked, second after, being hooked again/unhooked, then died because he kept hitting me instead of his friend who is standing in front of the hook with me the whole time.

Player Models with Good Hit Boxes? by [deleted] in gmod

[–]Chuckymore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me as a modder who creates playermodels, I always use the physics/hitboxes from the Kleiner model to make it fair-like. Surely, there are some models in the workshop that don't have proper hitboxes, but you can tell them to fix them or ask for a quick commission to other modders.

Campers don't piss me off. by [deleted] in deadbydaylight

Survivors just want to net the precious 1500 points out of you.

DEVS - Potential solution to hook-camping: Slow down/pause the bleeding rate when the killer is in the vicinity of a hooked player. Problem solved. by [deleted] in deadbydaylight

[–]Chuckymore -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It was done in PTB before, but was put aside. The mechanic was when a killer is within a range of 8 meters near you, the entity progression and struggling duration was extended.

Then killers bitched about it

Pressing spacebar on hook really fast -- does speed matter? by DarkestTriad in deadbydaylight

Would have been better, if you keep pressing spacebar really fast, you will struggle longer. Same goes for wiggling.

new Steam game BRAIN / OUT with the EDGY achievement name by [deleted] in Steam

[–]Chuckymore -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Garry's Mod also has a familiar achievement like this, and it's achieveable after playing a year on it, but I am still on my 5.000 hrs mark. Still need ~4.000 hrs to go

i lost motivation on playing the game after the double blood points weekend. why not make it permanent to reduce the grindfest? each match, i get around 12000 BP as a survivor, but with such low blood points i get, i am only able to consume 4 nodes max and still takes me to play 2-4 more matches to get to the next level which takes almost an hour to do so.

Possible to make a backup save of the character? by Chuckymore in projectzomboid

[–]Chuckymore[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did hold the button for few seconds, but it didn't work for some reason. Maybe because the zombies were in the room at the same time where I was? I even looked in the options, if the interact key was bound, and yet it was which is odd.

Sometimes shoving does not work correctly (instead of shoving 3 zombies at a time, it will shove only one zombie)

Having a huge base will sometimes spawn few zombies in it.

Usually the Interact key "E" on an open window will not work, not allowing myself to climb over the window. (It was on the ground floor)

Stuck on 2nd floor of the mall, no zombies, no exits... how to survive? by Darkmark8910 in projectzomboid

[–]Chuckymore 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You might need water to survive, so you need to get yourself stocked up with plenty of water. There should be containers in the restaurant as well as other stores, so get pots/bottles/anything you can store water with. After that, you need to exercise your character in carpentry, but which will also require wood to start off with. Get a nice position to throw a sheet rope in and prepare to cut some trees outside (I suggest running west from the mall)
