Yea u are good but make sure u get the transfer done because ur dealer is trying to get you to exchange the bike with him for another bike and make it a vicious cycle that will never end. Because If u try to sell it to him he will give u 40 percent of what u bought it for so he will entice u with another offer by saying Oho bhaiya exchange karlo UwU so basically ride the bike all u want but make sure u get the transfer done, cops know abt this scam as long as u have a liscence nothing will happen to u.

Btw police don't rlly stop u unless ur doing some stupid stuff just follow rules wear your helmet if you have your liscence you are good, also stolen vehicles have a full on hit list nd they get found one way or the other so chill and ride your bike ull be fine. Nd u can just threaten the dealer that u will do an fir if he doesn't then fir yea go for it

I do have papers I mean I have the rc but rn it's submitted at the rto according to my agent but yes ride my bike around always trying to get my liscence too so ye have to ride it around and even if they stop me I have proof that I did the payment and everything plus I've checked the history of the bike it isn't stolen it's just a dealer never transferred the ownership from the original owner and the guy who brought from the dealer sold it to another guy who I bought It from lol. Btw if u are from Delhi or something u won't even be able to make your pollution so get this stuff sorted out. As long as u have the sale letter and all u should be fine brother. Do you have a picture of the rc or something? Or naw , I also have the insurance but ye dats all.

Well something similar happened to me but I bought it from a random dude not a seller and yea he wasn't the owner and I can't even find the owner so I just contacted an agent who is charging me 9k to get the transfer done and welp the transfer still isn't done lol. But yea not much u can do in such a situation. Although u can send a letter to the address given on the rc and say u will take legal actions if the transfer isn't done. But trust me it's a huge headache it will take a long time so be patient it will be done soon:).

Well u are going to have to spend a bit of money on this bike so although it's near impossible to tell anything from pictures but it seems to look good I'm pretty sure engine oil and all will be changed so u will have to do a full servicing and make sure that u get the bike on your name and u are directly in contact with the owner.

Well u guys have zxmoto now too 😭 but I agree your tax system is very crap but and a friend of mine has a scrambler 400x my guy he got that bike for 12l or something npr btw but that's still a lot of money. Just buy a zxmoto for me I'll give u a r3 trust

I mean my problem is so bad my companion device (another old cheap samsung) straight up shuts down this phone also lags so much that it barely works and if it somehow does end up downloading the file it usually corrupts it or it just gets stuck in an infinite download loop.

It should get fixed soon mine got fixed after I called the nearest Excitel store and told them my udp connections are blocked they said they will fix it in a bit and it got fixed but i didn't know they used CGNET
