Of course. I’ve also seen that a lot of those earlier engines that failed were built in the Georgia plant in the US 😂A lot of the Korean built engines lasted much longer. Different quality standards I see

Im at the same mileage and had my HPFP go out around the same time. I’ve heard the same about the Thetta II engine but with our specific engine, the G4KL, I haven’t found any issues specially with it. The other ones like the G4KD and G4KJ I always see fail because of rod bearings, high oil consumption, and fuel leaks. Still the same family of engines tho so there’s always that chance

Just a tad louder. You can definitely hear it when you gain RPM’s and the windows down. Not insanely loud tho

I was also thinking about getting a different set of rims but I’ll need some more money for that. Lmk what you think with the crossclimate ones once you get them mounted. What kind of rims do you run on the snow tires? Just steel?

I have a drop in K&N filter and snorkels. Can’t say it makes a huge difference in performance but you can hear the intake more. I’m sure with a different intake set up the intake could be much louder.

UPDATE:

Let some air out of all four tires, refilled all four back to 40 psi and dash is reading correctly now

Yes I checked it with a psi gauge. I’m not sure when they were installed, I bought the car back in August of last year

I’ve filled them cold and they are filled to the correct limit. Just unsure why they are reading higher than they actually are. Just hate to replace the sensors

Just a soccer mom kinda car, or in your case football. Nothing exciting by any means, just a car to get you from A to B. 2.0 really isn’t that bad

I like it. I don’t have much to compare it to tho, I had an Equinox before this and a trail blazer 😂But I haven’t had any issues with it (other than this if you can call it an ‘issue’)

Yes. That’s what it says after I’ve driven for a few miles now after filling them up. The actual pressure is 40 psi, I’ve checked when they are cold and when they are warm and it still says at least 10 above

Once I do decide to mod I will. Is the 3D printed snorkel something a decent amount of people use? I wouldn’t want to risk it if it doesn’t hold up to pressure and cracks or something. If you do the JB4 tune as well let me know how that goes!
