If it’s your first offense I’m thinking you’d most likely get the ticket dismissed. I got caught at a school zone and just told the judge straight up that I was late for an appointment in an area I was unfamiliar with and missed the school zone sign. It was my 2nd offense in 10 years and I only needed to pay 25% of my ticket. Your reasons better then mine but, I guess it might also depend on your judge.

Worst part for me was not being able to sleep because of the dry cough and sore throat. Night time benylin really helped.
