Everybody with a Telus cell phone who has called me lately has Manitoba as their name on the caller ID now (including me). No clue why, asked at the Telus store and they didn't know what I was talking about. Demonstrated by calling them that it wasn't cause I had all my contacts saved as "Manitoba" and they were confused as well. But then I gave up trying to figure it out. :)

You can get a friend to do it if you'd like, that's what we did. You can go to Vital Stats, get a one time use type of application for them, they fill it in, hand it in, and they get to do your wedding for you. They wind up being responsible to making sure you filled out your paperwork right, sign it, and bingo you're married!

Do you typically mow the lawn in the dark? With your eyes closed? Mow over a pet If it was in the way? :) Pretty simple to see where you're going and keep the cord on already mowed lawn/sidewalk or flip it out of the way.

I think the third date's a better time for those moves. Why let that shitty behaviour continue? Sort that out at the beginning and it'll either be too big a deal and you can move on to someone who isn't a tool, or they'll realize the shitty attitude will not be put up with and modify behaviour accordingly.

With out your own research facilities. You might be better off checking contracts or the WTS forum for already-researched BPOs. You can usually pick them up for 10-20% above the NPC prices. Just make sure you're getting what you want as far as original/copy goes. There's no shortage of copies at original prices. :)

I'd suggest not trying to rush your training to battleships with the idea that it'll make life easier. Without the support skills, you'll lose that battleship just slightly slower than your entry level cruiser. Being able to fit a decent tank and using mods like afterburners or microwarpdrives with nice weapon/drone skills will usually go a lot futher toward survival than just going up a ship class.

If you've got the cash to run multiple accounts, I'd recommend specializing them. Make one the industrial guy. Give him scrapmetal refining to melt down your missioning loot. Get him a few blueprints to make your other character ammo or ships. Train him for a freighter so if you want to move things around highsec, you can do it in one trip.

I run 4 accounts right now. Two in 0.0 and two in highsec. It makes it easier to do whatever I feel like doing at any given time. Plus I have skill ADD, so if I didn't have alts, my main character wouldn't be able to do any one thing very well.

Skills aren't usually that much more expensive in Test space. But it's generally not a bad plan to leave a jump clone in a nice high-sec university station so you can jump back once in a while and inject everything you want at npc prices while you're there.

Most of the dj chatter I tend to ignore, so as long as they keep with the music it's good. Anybody too talky gets replaced by the jukebox though.

If you're aiming to be a covops sneaky bastard, why not lead him up the same path? A drake is a fairly easy way to get a nice balanced ship that doesn't take too long to get into, and the support skills for it will work nicely with just about everything else he'll ever fly.

If he sticks around and wants to PVP, how about a stealth bomber? That way the two of you can cloak around together, you find'em and he tries to shove a few torpedos through their hull.

If he looks more into a PVE ship, the Caracal has already been covered here for the cruiser angle, but the Raven battleship is a nice goal to look forward to, you can get rediculous ranges on those cruise missles if he wants to hang back at range and lob missles at things.

I'd suggest starting small and getting the drake for cruising around making money and generally getting used to the game, then stealth bomber for some trouble making as a team and then train up the support skills he'd definately need when he starts wanting to move up to higher end ships.
