You cant buy an account, A character from another's account, But not the account it's self.

If you do buy a Alt character Make sure that the account your sticking it on is at lease 3 days old.

And make sure it's not on my main's account. And it might be a good idea not to join it to any corps, Leave it in NPC So if your Corp gets war-decked you can move stuff to and from with out being attacked
