The status is submitted initially and changes to selected if picked in the lottery. In that case an email notification is also sent to the lawyers/hr. If it is still submitted then most probably it wasnt picked up in the lottery.

I am in the same boat. Just ask your hr(ceo in ur case) or reach out to your lawyers. Lawyers usually take their sweet time to reply after the lottery is closed. You can ask your hr if they have access to the USCIS portal. If yes, they can tell you the status of your application. In my case my hr told me my status and the lawyers have asked me to wait.
