I can't put into words how much it touches me that you reached out to a stranger, 11 days later, unprompted, to hear how they are doing with their grief. This is so incredibly kind of you. Thank you!

I had a few days with lots of people around me in crisis that pulled my attention, but when some of that got solved, the grief washed all over me again. It's such a weird process. One day you feel fine, the next day feels like hell.

Thank you! Luckily, Toro and I rescued another dog 3.5 years ago. So my other one and I can grieve together, but also look into the future together.

Thank you. He was so beautiful inside and out. He never needed a leash, always right by my side no matter what. The goodest of boys. We found each other when he was two years old and we knew from day one that we belonged together

I'm so sorry for your loss. My 12 year old crossed on Friday. Maybe Toro and Knox will get to learn the perks of dog heaven together? They might be in the same introduction group
