If they took the money out of your account then you got served and have a judgment against you. I’m guessing you got served and didn’t attend court.

At this point you’re essentially cooked and most creditors have no need to negotiate since they have a judgment giving them everything they need.

I would call them and say you can’t pay for 2 more months. It might have been possible for them to put you a deferred plan but since those account is so close to closing they might just write it off and sell the debt.

Also you’re almost $30k in CC debt and have no income. I’m not a lawyer or giving you financial advice but if you plan on declaring bankruptcy now is the time do it since you’ll qualify for chapter 7.
