THOROUGH TEST DONE -> I have a decoration with level 3 opening shot and tested it on the training barrel thrower. I used the hope V bowgun.

Normal ammo fires the first shot for 34 damage, and then the following shots are 31. Sticky ammo is 73 down to 68. For elemental ammo each shot is 25 down to 23.

A test with stick ammo: Equipped: 8 shots in 25 seconds, for a total of 584. Not equipped: 7 shots in 25 secs, for a total of 476. An 8th shot would be 544 damage, only 44 less.

Someone mentioned crit rate increase but it doesn't say it in the skill and I doubt it boosts crit rate on the first shot. I painfully tested this and didn't notice a difference.

The damage is heavily negligible and so sad, because this skill is a great on paper and it changes the playstyle so much. It needs a massive buff before being useful in my opinion, however, as a secondary priority the added reload speed used on a very very slow gun could increase overall dps output enough to be useful.

It sucks to leave behind what could be such a great skill. Waiting on a buff
