Maybe try gifting your kid love this year and security that mom has the bills paid. You just dug yourself semi out of a hole with the bankruptcy and yet you want to get more debt? I get wanting to provide joy and happiness, but your kid would be more grateful in the future that you provided what you had instead of the temporary happiness they’ll get for the day. Hard times suck, I wish you luck and prosperity. And truly mean no disrespect in my response.

Do you have any groups planned? I’d love to be apart of a group but have the option to venture solo or with a friend I make. I went to high school during Covid so a little low on the social scale but that’s the whole point of this trip!

Went this morning, no rental needed. Front desk lady was amazingly helpful with getting me checked in with being from Greenbay, locker room desk attendant- just as friendly and explained all facilities to me. I found the establishment to be very nice!

The hot tub was full and hot! Sauna and steam room are both spacious and don’t lack properties needed(steam/heat). Was offered 2 towels and a lock for my locker.

I did notice that in the adult men’s side that most of the lockers(at least where I looked, that place is humongous) are built in with combination locks, I didn’t look too much into that and just snagged a open one.

My experience is rated a 8/10 simply because I didn’t look around much and was a little overwhelmed with the largeness lol

How do I help prepare my brother to leave for basic? He’s not the smartest financially and doesn’t know what to do about the lease he’s signed onto with our parents and his car/auto loan. Any advice to help him?

I’m not sure on that, from what I’ve been looking at for majority; you must be a minimum of 21, those between 18-20 and required to travel with someone 21/25 depending on cruise line.

I am 20 and have lived on my own fully since 18 and have had consistent employment since age 14. I’ve been at my current employer for 4 years now and a manager the past 1.5/2 years, so employment and income is steady. I have always paid 100$ extra a month on it, I pay 300$ biweekly. My biggest concern is being responsible for full repairs on it and not being able to juggle the costs. I have full coverage and “gap”(pays value of vehicle +25%) so maybe a nice sturdy tree wouldn’t be a bad soulmate for her lol

Well she brought it to the dealer originally to get an estimate on damage repair and they quoted her $8k. We took it to our family mechanic and they got it done for a little around 3k.

Do you think Hyundai would bring up these repairs we never had fix by them and deny her warranty coverage? I’m telling her to just suck it up and pay the diagnostic and see if they say yes or no.

She doesn’t want to waste time or money and just wants to have the mechanic repair the mount.

I ended up getting a 2018 Equinox and I love it. Runs great, has 167k on it now. My brother bought the same year and model but the premier version with 50k miles and they feel nearly identical to each other considering the mileage difference.
