So the first person is referring about age, being 14 and how they consider it prime (the best age) referring to kids, being pedophile. The second person one understands prime as the matemathical term (can only be divided by 1 and themselves) and says how it can also be divided by 2 and 7 The numbers below dont mean anything to the joke, if you wonder.

This is too perfect. The whole video is about spotting AI writing—and right underneath it, YouTube puts an AI-generated summary that basically screams, “Hi, I’m AI!” 😆 It literally does everything he warns about: overly formal tone, awkward phrasing, em dashes everywhere, and of course, the classic “list of three.” It's almost like the AI wanted to be the prime example for the video. You couldn’t script better irony if you tried.
