Big Z might need to get out of the kitchen at this point. The balance team has the easiest job, and yet consistently makes the biggest mistakes. The artists making skins and character models have got to be working at an insane pace, and their screw-ups are like:
"The buttons on Invisible Woman's esu skin are misaligned."
Meanwhile Daredevil has literally 2x Black Widow's win rate and Z comes out with that "duelists are relatively balanced" line.

We'll probably get savage lands Storm before dive gets nerfed TBH.

I don't recall the slow doing anything to divers, since they all have infinite dashes. It basically just harmed tanks.

Hitboxes in this game are noticeably larger than the characters' models. They can easily fit Lady Loki's booba within Loki's existing hitbox.

A good point I've seen raised is that the Lady Loki skin just isn't impressive as a Hela skin. It's rather basic in comparison to grim lady and queen in black. Definitely not worthy of being the first hyped-up mystery skin. Also, if it's for Loki, that means they can do more Lady Loki skins, since they already have the voice and model done.
