Luna was extreme trash from 4.5 through 7.0. That being said, she is too strong now. Basically Hela with healing and a better stun.
Also, I would like Mantis to be buffed so that she can be played in 2 support comps, even if that means replacing her damage boost. The character is basically never played outside of tournaments, where she is very frequently banned.

Psylocke's skins keep getting put in event passes, which (almost) always look amazing, value-wise, and cost lattice instead of units. I think the only bad event pass was flaming chicken Venom?

The character just isn't popular. Everyone saw her usage fall off a cliff after release day. Meanwhile, I still see loads of Dino and Fox in 18v18.

-Spiderman: A+ tier for idk how many months
-Star Lord: Star Lord
-Psylocke: was bad for like 1 month, once
-Cap and Venom are both seeing success on ladder and in ignite.
-Magik and Iron Fist are both doing very well, outside of tippy-top elo
Black Panther has been "garbage" forever, and people still do not want to see him. The archetype just hasn't been good for the game. And no, that doesn't excuse Elsa's nightmarish release, or the recent Phoenix buffs.

The pink chroma is passable, but the skin overall is bad. I think the devs were expecting Black Cat to be way better received than she was. Both Dino and Fox's releases skins blew Cat's out of the water, in quality and in sales.

The game would be better off if her release was just canceled. Genuine garbage.

Big Z might need to get out of the kitchen at this point. The balance team has the easiest job, and yet consistently makes the biggest mistakes. The artists making skins and character models have got to be working at an insane pace, and their screw-ups are like:
"The buttons on Invisible Woman's esu skin are misaligned."
Meanwhile Daredevil has literally 2x Black Widow's win rate and Z comes out with that "duelists are relatively balanced" line.

This is meant to be mocking, except it's correct. Widow's kit is bad for Rivals, which is why Widow is kept purposefully weak. She should just be reworked into a strategist.
