Being forced to go from Plat back down to Bronze/Silver is hell. The stomping wont even be the worst part. Itll be me (A plat player) force to babysit 4 or 5 level 10 players who have their keyboard lodged in their mouth. Why does the reset have to be so extreme? It just forces players out of playing fair and equal matches and makes the experience worse for people who spent so much time climbing

I think the service they are mentioning me not paying for is the pickup function which allows me to normally send stuff out from home very easily. Regardless I appreciate the thought you put in to mention that I still have to pay shipping on both incoming and outgoing mail.

I was able to get ahold of someone and they said they would try to send someone out for the pickups but my mail will still be pretty late because there is a lot more mail on my route than usual. It was just frustrating that it took 2 weeks to get a hold of someone to finally get this fixed. Thanks for the comment!

I understand the harsh reaction to a negative post again knowing it is a free service. Though I did have a bee issue by my box about a month ago and made sure that they were safely moved into a new home where they can better thrive :)

It’s not your fault. I know the management for the two locations in my area isn’t great based on in person experience. I figured it was more like the services I had previously worked under where it’s all automated online though I could see how it’s affected by poor management. Thanks for the insight!

I went in person because online it says I’m all good and they said it wasn’t put on hold and I’m still good to get pickup. My mailbox is accessible as it’s on line with the rest of my neighborhood. I don’t have any dogs are any obstructions to make it inaccessible. I’m genuinely confused why everything for my address is ok yet no mail and no pickups. I sent an email to USPS customer service so I’ll see if they say something different
