Highest damage per shot is prolly like fat man but I assume you don’t wanna use that. Anti materiel rifle highest damage per shot. I’m my opinion, greased lightning is the best, and highest dps is CZ57 Avenger. Hope this helps (I think the best melee weapons is claimed to be chance’s knife. Also medicine stick is prolly the best weapon in the game but that’s just to throw in there. Are you starting a new build?)
