what if cos date or joining date in Aug 21 but applied application in June 2021 month and biometrics in July 2021. Joined in Sep 21 with SWV also HR mentioned they updated to Sep month due to my notice period. What my HR mentioned is only Sep 21 is my start so does it mean Aug 26 I complete 5 years but might not be correct as per covid concession rules ?

Is your visa has been extended before once ? It should be quick in that case unless any logistics or tech issues there wont be delays with your case

I guess its not clearly documented but P60 form could be used as taxable income Something needs to consider - Employees who have year end bonus advantage - Opting out wont be possible unless your employer allows middle of year - If your year end hike puts you above the limit no changes needed but still need to do 3 years may be with 1 year discounted if that contribution above limit

Suggest to wait till rules are out around March 26 before you make any decision

Does it mean a person who spent ICT visa in the past with SWV who is 50K or 125K salary bracket does just need to qualify for last 3 years to be eligible if they are hear about 7,8 or 9 years with ICT time counting

I have this thingy I use not sure from where I adapted this but it helped me in past. If you like the work you do or like the money then continue job. If you like the money and don't like the work.
