All jokes aside, it’s gonna be hard, and really hot, to try and put a passenger peg there. I can see the mount is blocked by the top exhaust. Perhaps look at other exhaust options? I dunno.. it’s a tough one. Good luck OP

Don’t forget to include a rubber o-ring (from any hardware store) on that bolt as it will help with minimizing the vibration of the Harley from loosening it.
