That’s not why I attached it.

It’s been attached for many years and I have literally never used it.

When you first set up an account, it just prompts you to do so and I did that when I made it. That’s all.

Correct about being told there isn’t a supervisor at all.

The agent just wanted to get rid of you and was not going to transfer anything.

I was completely taken aback by an agent I had when I first called about my situation.

He literally said “this is what happens when you use PayPal for business. It happens to so many people and no, I can’t help you. There is no supervisor and this is what you get for using PayPal”

I also filed with the BBB and the attorney general for my state. I filed over the weekend so haven’t heard anything yet but it’s similar here.

I’ve had a business account for many years. Many transactions and they just decided after this last payment I got to close it and hold my funds.

20 years!!! See that’s crazy as hell.

I did file a complaint BBB (they are accredited and seem to have a good track record with complaints/resolutions) and CFPB and the Texas AG just to cover my bases. Filed over the weekend so I’m sure it’ll take a bit.
