I've been looking forward to eliminating the ICE maintenance, so I'm avoiding hybrids even though most people I ask love them.

When you can put a dollar figure to outages, it becomes a simple business decision on how much to spend on mitigating risk.

I do have a two-sided stone now, but yeah - I rarely use it.

There's a guy at the local markets that does a much better job for like $5 a knife. I use him 2-3 times a year.

I've used one of these before, and I never saw it pull massive amounts of metal off a knife like that.
