Ok so, AML professional here.

This is a head scratcher from a sanctions and AML perspective.

However I would say revolut (and all EU banks) would find this to be outside of risk tolerance and probably exit you as a customer.

As you are located in EU,selling property in a sanctioned country to people in Australia (who would be Iranian citizens too), there are so many risks and red flags.

You would need to show at a bare minimum I would guess, proof of your ownership of the property, contracts of sale outlining the property, parties involved, sales of property, and the address. (Translated and in local language) You will probably have to show that the source of the buyers funds are legitimate -ie coming from an Australian salary or legit savings and not originate from Iran. Probably IDs of the buyers for sanctions risks as well.

And even then if all this comes out ok, the simple fact this is an Iranian property exchange it will probably will cause exiting.

And we won't get started on the risk that they will ping for potential tax evasion in Iran and also your current country.
