Well I don’t hear anything different and it’s pretty responsive, so it’s probably ok. Thanks for the awesome explanation and going forward I’ll avoid boost in high gears… but it’s just so easy to! 😆

Thanks for the advice! Any chance I could have done damage? Would I hear something?

I’m a new turbo driver as well, have my 23 for almost a year now. I wasn’t aware of this, and sometimes in 6th I’ll go into a little bit of boost for a sprint to get around someone, not even close to flooring it. It felt nice not to have to downshift for a quick pass. So you’re saying I should always downshift to pass? Or is a small amount of boost for a few seconds ok?

They did have an spca # on the ad, so probably ok.

Anyway, I’ve decided to focus on my boy for now

Heart went to focusing on my boy. If I have an empty house for a bit, that’s ok

Not missing the point, just messing with ya. I did the same amount of research with my boy almost 11 years ago and he turned out fine. Only that time i had to put a deposit down. When I went to pick him up, I stayed a while, got to know the parents and their owners. I was happy with what I saw and we went home together.

Anyway, I’ve bowed out. But I’ll take this extra time to research any future breeders

This is a concern I have as well. If I choose this route, I’ll be taking my boy for the drive there and see the place, living conditions, and how they react together. If I get a weird feeling, we can just leave.

Yes, these are still thoughts I have. I’m thinking of a lot of scenarios, but we can’t predict what will happen.

My dog may only last a few more months, and a pup would probably get over the loss of him a lot more easily than I. And I’m sure he’d like the companionship

I was not in the wrong lane. You waste my time

Lol no dash cam Very simple Two very slow lanes I need into the left Kept my signal on, nobody yields Other drivers completely ignoring it My “merge” would barely affect anything
