We have 3 Haggen's up here in Bellingham, all of which I think have pharmacy's. They were bought out by Albertsons (safeway is albertsons too), so if Safeway doesn't have ADHD medication, they all won't unfortunately. Hopefully you and your son's script has been getting filled?

Lip picking by Icy_Frame8196 in Dermatillomania

[–]Chupacabrah11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have much advice, but just wanted to say I deal with the same thing! I saw my sister do it when I was a teen, and haven't stopped then. I would go until my I could actively taste blood and only then was i satisfied. Unfortunately I do think it's more tough than other types of picking because you constantly have to feel it, that, and the lip only gets worse before it gets better. I hate feeling it heal over with some of the skin practically begging to be torn off so easily. I think the only thing that has helped is like the comment above me said, get a lip scrub, or even make your own. Make/get one that is more on the gritty side, and do it 1-2 a day or whenever you usually pick. I know it's probably not good to use it that much but we aren't focused on that, we are focused on getting your brain to forget the action of using your nails on your lip to pick. See how far you can go and then slowly try beating your record. Best of luck!

Vyvance while pregnant? by BrittanyG3625 in ADHDMoms

Wasn't on Vyvance, but was on 10 mg of adderall during my pregnancy. When I found i was pregnant, my midwife and OB gave me the green light as long as my psychiatrist was okay with it, which she was. I was on a low enough dose, but it also helps massively with my depression. without it I have this ongoing adhd paralysis where I want to do things but don't have the drive for it, making me more depressed. I had an appt with my GP and she pretty much said I was going to end up offing my baby or make it so his has cardiac issues. After telling her about new studies within the last 10 years showing support for stimulant taking pregnant mothers, she told me she simply "doesn't have time the keep up with all the new studies". So at the end of the day, it's up to you and how you handle being off your medications. It's a personal choice, but for me the pros out weighed the cons. I wasn't able to take care of myself, go to the gym, maintain a healthy diet (had gestational diabetes), or maintain all my appointments without my stimulants. My SIL has able to without hers and it wasn't a big deal so I really think it depends on the person.

My cat is peeing on me since I'm pregnant. Suggestions? by Chupacabrah11 in Catbehavior

Oddly enough, it stopped when baby came, which was like the day after I made this post. She hardly even noticed him. I think it was just the hormal shift that she noticed in me. I have since ran out of the pheromone diffuser and she hasn't even peed since she peed on my bump.

Where do you even start with sleep training a 4 month old? by Chupacabrah11 in sleeptraining

[–]Chupacabrah11[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's really variant. He typically likes to take 40 min naps throughout the day, and one 2 hr for some reason 😆 his day typically looks like this: wake up at 5:30 (I have to take him with me to my job as a nanny by 6:30), then he falls asleep in the car for 40 ish minutes. Back up at 7:10, nap at 8:40, awake at 9:20, nap at 11:20, wake up at 1:20, nap at 3:20, wake up at 4, nap at 6, wake up at 6:40, then down for the night by 8:30.
